Improvise Bass Over Minor Chords (rock, reggae, pop, slap, solos, chords and more!)

There are four chords that come from a minor key that are EXACTLY the same. That makes it easy to improvise over them because you can use the same shapes and patterns.

Check out the video lesson for lots of ideas that will help you:

  • Improvise
  • Play in different styles
  • Make up fills
  • Use different techniques like slap, plectrum and chordal fingerstyle

Be sure to watch this lesson for a full rundown of Natural Minor harmony (for that matter, check out the major version too - they're both related and very commonly heard in music).
